PHOENIX, Ariz., May 18, 2017—Dealers Auto Auction of the Southwest (DAASW), the first in the nation independent auction leader in customer centric auction services, has announced the expansion of its industry leading Diamond Dealer Digs.

”This in-lane concierge lounge with a variety of dealer support and food amenities is being expanded by 40 percent to encompass 1000 square feet of space”, stated auction Vice President and National Auto Auction Association Past President, Jim DesRochers.

“Every year we try and add first of it's kind services,” stated Stephanie Gingras, DAASW General Manager.

”First, it was Mexico Ready, then Carfax Transparent Transactions and then the first in the nation in APP digital bidder badge. So what was the next level.”

The creation of the only in-lane concierge style facility last year which included food service, simulcast feeds, tv, computer internet access and dedicated WIFI with a direct view of the auction lanes and now a larger version with additional amenities to be opened at a special sale event on June 7th.

“What's next,” stated Jim; “I sincerely don't know, but what I do know is my focus isn't on low fees and rebates, it's on exceptional customer service and high returns to book with a large buyer base.”
