We have put mobile devices in the hands of all of our key operating staff, including all lane leaders and provided them all with email addresses to communicate both internally with our staff members and with dealers directly.

What's next for DAASW, glad you asked, stated Jim, by the end of the first quarter we envision virtual, as all transactions are posted real time to your MY ACCOUNT feature on DAASW.com and .MX, paperless gate releases and invoices texted or e-mailed to you and more surprises.

Everything is about a blend of technology and brick and mortar synergy stated Stephanie, but more importantly it's about people communicating with people on a variety of levels, so we never lose the personal touch.

We host the NAAA Condition Report Training class in March and we hope that many other industry people and events will come join us in 2015 stated Stephanie and Jim, as we believe the Independent auction space gives consignors and buyers tremendous flexibility and ownership and management continuity.
