To the Members of the National Auto Auction Association:
An annual meeting of the Association's members will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2018,
3:30 pm-4:00 pm, at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, Scottsdale, Arizona, with the
following agenda:
(1) To elect those individuals who are nominated by the Board of Directors to serve as directors
of the Board
of the Association, subject to the provisions of the Corporation's Articles of
Incorporation and By-Laws; and,
(2) To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
The Association's Officers and Directors strongly urge the attendance of as many members as possible at this meeting.
